其中 This low-order model approximates the unknown real objective function to generate synthetic data for model management, playing the role of the real objective function. The reason for adopting a low-order polynomial model is that it is less vulnerable to over-fitting. The other surrogate is a Kriging model, which is built based on both off-line data and synthetic data. Here, the most promising candidate solutions predicted by the Kriging model are further evaluated using the low-order polynomial model, and the synthetic data generated by the polynomial model are used to update the Kriging model for the next generation.
